This is an independent marketing website for the Bay Villas project at Dubai Islands. It is not the official website of Nakheel or Dubai Holding, and neither the developer nor its affiliates operate, endorse or control this page. Project names, imagery and specifications are used for identification and marketing of the project.

3. No offer, no advice

Content on this website — including prices, unit sizes, plot sizes, payment plans, amenities and handover dates — is provided for general information only, is indicative, and is subject to change and availability at any time without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a contract, or legal, financial or investment advice. Final terms are those stated in the developer’s sale and purchase agreement.
